- Have access to a town vendor.
Farming steps
- Run a map or dungeon and collect equipment that fits in your inventory.
- Return to town when space is limited or the run ends.
- Compare items with your equipped gear, checking stats, sockets, and useful effects.
- Keep likely upgrades and items you intend to save for another build.
- Sell unwanted equipment to a vendor to receive gold.
- Use the proceeds for Mapworks scrolls or a controlled gambling budget, then repeat.
- Compare before selling: useful sockets or effects can matter more than an item’s level.
- Reserve some gold for map access if repeatable Mapworks farming is part of your plan.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat after each loot run. The gold earned depends on the items you choose to sell; it is not a fixed payout.

- Keeping every drop until inventory fills; sell items with no practical use.
