Where to farm
Contract board and reward track, available after Contracts unlock through campaign progression.
Contracts are useful when you want a defined objective and a reward you can claim from a separate track. They complement enemy and boss drops: completing an objective advances its Contract, and the reward section can offer gear or Mapworks scrolls. A reward is an opportunity, not a promise of a particular Legendary. Plan around what the board actually lists, then put the resulting equipment to work or continue toward the next reward.
Check the current reward track and note the gear or scroll reward you want.
Equip gear that lets you clear the listed objective safely.
Open the Contract board and review available objectives and their listed rewards.
Choose a Contract whose objective fits the campaign area or activity you intend to run.
Accept it and follow its stated objective; do not assume unrelated kills count.
Return to the Contract interface when progress is complete and claim the available reward.
Inspect the gear in your inventory, compare it with your equipped item, and equip or keep it as appropriate.
If the reward is a Mapworks scroll, retain it for opening a portal route when you want one.
Farming tips
Read the objective and reward track before choosing; the useful reward depends on the current Contract offering.
Treat Contract completion as its own progression. Nearby enemy farming alone does not substitute for the listed objective.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable while Contracts and reward sections remain available; individual track rewards can be limited to their listed completion.
Common mistakes
Assuming champion kills near a warp pad complete a Contract: follow the selected Contract’s actual objective.
Expecting a named Legendary: claim and inspect the reward, but use boss or enemy routes for broader random loot opportunities.
Leaving a scroll uncollected or unused: claim it from the track and use it to access a Mapworks route when ready.
When to stop or switch
Stop this Contract loop when the reward you need has been claimed or the current track no longer offers a useful reward; switch to a Mapworks or Fazeer run for repeatable dungeon loot.
