WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Aesperia’s Warren Snowfield rivers and the perimeter search area indicated by the legacy gathering route.
A legacy Warren Snowfield perimeter route is recorded for gathering fish, while an English item reference places Electric Eel in Warren rivers. The route is a broad search aid, not a verified eel-only pickup list: follow the perimeter area, use the current client’s fish or collection indicators to identify Electric Eel, and keep only the fish you need for collection or cooking.

How to farm
Before you go
Unlock Aesperia and Warren Snowfield.
Check the current Electric Eel collection or cooking entry to confirm the item name.
Bring enough inventory space for gathered fish.
Open the Warren Snowfield map and orient yourself to the perimeter search area.
Travel to accessible water along that broad perimeter.
Inspect the current in-game fish indicators or visible schools before gathering.
Collect Electric Eel only when the client identifies the fish as Electric Eel.
Continue along the perimeter, checking river sections rather than assuming every school is the target.
Review your inventory and collection progress after gathering.
If the route yields no target fish, stop and use current in-game information to choose another Warren water area.
Farming tips
The old route also names another fish, so treat it as a shared search path rather than an eel-specific checklist.
Use gathered Electric Eel for the collection goal or cooking recipe shown in your client; do not assume an unverified recipe.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat only while the fish appears in the current client and more are needed. The legacy reference does not establish current spawn counts, node respawn behavior, or channel-switch results.
Common mistakes
Collecting every fish on the route: verify Electric Eel before pickup when the goal is eel-specific.
Treating a 2022 route as exact current nodes: use it only as a broad area guide and trust the client’s present indicators.
Assuming channel changes guarantee new fish: no such behavior is established; move on if the current area is empty.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your collection counter or cooking stock has the amount you need, or when Warren’s current indicators no longer identify Electric Eel.
