Where to farm
Farm plots, animal buildings and produce vendors in Rilia; process at the Tavern kitchen.
The kitchen recipe is the checklist for a cooking run. Identify each required ingredient, then source it from a suitable crop, animal product, forage or produce vendor. This makes farming purposeful: you can reserve plots for recurring vegetables or fruit and use purchases when a seasonal source is unavailable. Once gathered, place inputs in kitchen storage and use the in-game cooking station to prepare the dish; save extra ingredients only when they serve another planned recipe.

Open the kitchen recipe list and select a dish you intend to produce.
Read every ingredient requirement and note which items are crops, fruit, grain or animal products.
Check the season for any crop or fruit you intend to harvest, and identify a vendor fallback where available.
Collect ingredients from the farm and matching animal buildings; buy remaining produce from the appropriate shop.
Place the required items in the kitchen storage or station as the game’s recipe interaction requires.
Craft the dish and move the finished food to the appropriate Tavern stock for service.
Store only useful surplus, then repeat the sourcing check for the next dish.

Build a short crop list around dishes you actually cook, rather than planting every available seed.
Keep separate mental or physical storage groups for ingredients and finished food to spot shortages quickly.
Repeat, collect and use
Cooking repeats whenever recipe inputs are available. Crop collection and animal products are ongoing sources with seasonal or care constraints; a shop purchase is limited by available stock and currency.
Common mistakes
Starting a dish before checking every ingredient can halt production; verify the full recipe first.
Assuming one crop is always available can fail at season change; plan a substitute source or menu shift.
Collecting ingredients without space near the kitchen slows the process; reserve storage before a large batch.
When to stop or switch
Stop gathering for the dish once you have the ingredients for the intended batch; switch to another recipe while seasonal crops grow or stock is replenished.
