Career setup: legacy parent selection and the Inspiration sequence at the beginning of the run.
Before you go
- Own or have access to legacy trainees for parent selection.
- Choose a trainee with an available Career run.
- Identify a relevant aptitude, stat, or skill goal for the upcoming run.
Farming steps
- Open Career and select the trainee you intend to raise.
- Review available legacy candidates and inspect their visible factors before confirming parents.
- Borrow a friend’s parent when an available legacy offers a stronger fit than your own options.
- Choose the second parent to complement the first, prioritizing the trainee’s race distances or a needed stat.
- Confirm the parent pair and proceed to Inspiration; review which bonuses or hints the trainee receives.
- Build the support deck and training plan around the resulting trainee rather than assuming inheritance covers every need.
- After the run, save useful veterans as future legacy options if the game offers that choice.
- Borrowed parents can provide a stronger early inheritance option while your own veteran pool is small.
- Aptitude and distance fit are more useful than chasing an unrelated factor just because it looks valuable.

Select parents again for each new Career run. Inheritance is a setup step, not a repeatable resource farm; useful parent options depend on your available veterans and friends.
