- Honey and ingredients for the mead base you intend to make.
- A protected base area with access to both stations.
Farming steps
- Choose the mead type that fits your next expedition or recovery plan.
- Gather honey and the ingredients required by that base recipe.
- Cook the mead base at the Cauldron; raw ingredients do not go directly into the Fermenter.
- Carry the finished base to the Fermenter and load it.
- Leave the Fermenter accessible while the base processes.
- Collect the finished mead and store it with supplies for the matching expedition.
- Repeat the Cauldron-to-Fermenter chain when stored stock is used.
- Make a resistance drink that matches the target biome so the batch has a clear purpose.
- Store finished drinks separately from unprocessed bases to make expedition packing straightforward.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat while ingredients and station access remain available. Each batch consumes the ingredients in its recipe.
Common mistakes
- Putting raw ingredients in the Fermenter: cook a mead base at the Cauldron first.
- Brewing without a planned use: match the batch to the next expedition.
- Mixing finished drinks with bases: keep the two production stages in separate storage.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have enough mead for the planned expedition and a reserve; resume when that stock is used.
