WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Any stage with destructible lights, following a passable lane that your build can clear.
Candles, lamps, and other destructible light sources can produce Gold Coins or Coin Bags, along with other pickups. Break them as part of normal movement and collect the useful drops when the area is safe. If Disco of Gold is active, Coin Bags can start Gold Fever, and gold pickups during Fever heal you. This is a flexible collection loop rather than a guaranteed yield: drops vary, and a light source is not worth crossing a dangerous crowd to reach.
Unlock a stage containing destructible light sources.
Bring enough attack coverage to manage nearby enemies.
Keep a clear movement route so you can approach drops or retreat safely.
Start a stage and identify a direction with lights along a route you can travel safely.
Move through the area while your attacks control nearby enemies.
Break candles, lamps, and other destructible light sources as they come within reach.
Check the resulting drops for Gold Coins, Coin Bags, and other pickups.
Collect gold when the path is clear; leave a drop if enemies block access.
If you have Disco of Gold, collect a Coin Bag when safe to trigger Gold Fever, then gather gold during the effect.
If you want to convert the run’s gold into eggs, touch a Merchant before the run ends and purchase for the character you are playing.
Farming tips
Following your normal path is safer than doubling back repeatedly for a single light source.
A Coin Bag can have added value with Disco of Gold, but no particular light guarantees one.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat on suitable stage runs. Light-source drops vary, so this is a recurring collection opportunity, not a fixed-income farm. Merchant purchases must happen during a run; egg effects apply after it ends.
Common mistakes
Entering a crowd for one coin: clear nearby enemies first or skip the drop.
Expecting every light to drop gold: other pickups can appear, so treat each drop as variable.
Waiting until after the run to spend gold: visit a Merchant before ending the run.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your gold goal is met or the route becomes unsafe. Change lanes, leave contested drops, or end the run rather than risking the character for a small pickup.
