WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Abyss Foscari in normal mode; defeat Je-Ne-Viv after the two seals open the route.
Abyss Foscari Hyper mode unlocks after you defeat Je-Ne-Viv in normal mode. To reach that fight, break the seals in order: Maruto Cuts with Legionnaire opens the red Seal of the Abyss, and Eleanor Uziron with SpellStrom breaks the blue Seal of the Banished to open the boss route. This is a Tides of the Foscari progression chain. The Hyper unlock is one-time, though the stage remains available for further runs.
Before you go Own Tides of the Foscari and unlock Abyss Foscari by breaking the Seal of the Lake in Lake Foscari. Unlock Maruto Cuts and Eleanor Uziron. Evolve Maruto’s weapon into Legionnaire and Eleanor’s into SpellStrom in their respective runs. Build enough strength to survive the seal routes and boss encounter. Enter Abyss Foscari as Maruto Cuts and evolve Legionnaire. Travel to the southwest lower path and break the red Seal of the Abyss. Start another Abyss Foscari run as Eleanor Uziron and unite her weapons into SpellStrom. Reach and break the blue Seal of the Banished after the darkness clears. Continue along the opened route toward Je-Ne-Viv and strengthen your build for the encounter. Defeat Je-Ne-Viv while playing normal Abyss Foscari. Return to stage selection and confirm Hyper mode is available for the stage. Farming tips The Je-Ne-Viv defeat must occur in normal mode for this unlock. Follow the seal sequence before trying to reach the boss; the route opens through the two breaks. Repeat, collect and use The Hyper unlock is one-time progression. Repeat the boss route only if the defeat or unlock did not register.
Common mistakes Trying to reach Je-Ne-Viv before breaking both seals: open the route in order. Using Legionnaire or SpellStrom at the wrong seal: each requires its assigned character and evolved weapon. Defeating Je-Ne-Viv outside normal Abyss Foscari: complete the required boss fight in normal mode. When to stop or switch Stop when Abyss Foscari Hyper mode appears; replay only for another stage objective or collection goal.
