WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Regular mission selection and the Warzone, where available to your character.
Use Treachery on repeatable mission content when you need Crusade entry shards. Tarot modifies reward chances; it does not promise a shard on every completion. Track colors separately and apply the modifier to a mission your character can reliably finish.
Before you go Access to Tarot-modified missions. Treachery Tarot available for selection. A mission you can complete consistently at its selected difficulty. Check your inventory and note which shard color you are collecting toward five. Open a regular mission or Warzone activity that permits Tarot selection. Select Treachery if it is available and confirm the resulting mission modifiers in the interface. Choose a manageable mission objective and begin the run. Complete the objective and collect the mission rewards, including any shard drop. Update your color count after each run; do not mix colors when counting Crusade entry sets. When you hold five of one color, start that matching Crusade or continue collecting if you have another target. Farming tips Use lower-risk missions when shard supply matters more than testing a difficult build. Treat the Tarot as a probability boost, not a guaranteed payout; the visible reward screen is the authority for the current run. Repeat, collect and use Repeat as long as you need shards. The method is an ongoing activity, and individual mission rewards are variable.
Common mistakes Counting five shards across different colors: only five matching shards start a Crusade. Assuming Treachery guarantees a drop: keep running eligible missions until the inventory confirms your target count. Selecting a mission with modifiers your build cannot handle: lower the risk so completed runs produce reliable progress. When to stop or switch Stop when you have five matching shards for the Crusade you want, or switch to another color if your current count is no longer useful.
