Before you go
- Five same-color Void Shards to enter a Crusade.
- A Crusade map with a reachable Nurgle Hunt node.
- A build capable of completing the Hunt and defeating its Daemonhost.
- Enough remaining lives and route margin to take a detour.
Farming steps
- Start the Crusade and inspect connected mission nodes for a Nurgle Hunt.
- Check the route cost and your remaining lives before committing to the Hunt branch.
- Enter the Hunt mission and complete its stated objective while pursuing the Daemonhost encounter.
- Defeat the Daemonhost during the Hunt and collect the resulting drops.
- Inspect the gear for upgrades or items relevant to your build.
- Return to the map and reassess the shortest safe route toward a chest or Supreme.
- Continue only if the remaining detours still support your gear goal without endangering completion.
- Prioritize the Daemonhost encounter during the Hunt instead of leaving it until the mission is nearly over.
- Use the loot inspection to decide whether another gear-focused detour is worthwhile; no specific item is assured.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat in future Crusades when a Nurgle Hunt is reachable and the route remains practical. Each run requires new matching shards, and useful gear drops are not guaranteed.
