WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Campaign → World 14 → stage 14-4.
New Orleans is listed as a normal ship drop from Campaign 14-4. This is a late-game acquisition route, so treat fleet safety and a reliable clear as part of the farm. The stage map has two fleet starting points and boss positions at A3, A4, D9, and E9; use the in-game tactical grid to navigate the current encounter. Ship acquisition is random, with no fixed clear count that guarantees New Orleans.
