Hallow’s End in The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned; Zombie TK Baha gives and receives the Braaains quest stages.
Zombie TK Baha’s Braaains quest series in The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned turns zombie combat into a staged collection objective. This route covers the active stage: accept it from TK, collect the displayed number of brains by landing headshots on zombies, and return to him when the counter is complete. The thresholds across the chain are 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250, but the stages are not an endless farm. A turn-in grants a random item type, such as a weapon, class mod, or artifact; it does not target a named reward. If the final stage is your goal, keep turning in completed stages and accepting the next one until the 250-brain objective appears.
Carry a weapon and enough ammunition to fight zombies and aim for headshots.
At Hallow’s End, speak with Zombie TK Baha and accept the available Braaains stage.
Check the active quest objective so you know the current brain threshold.
Fight zombies in the DLC while the stage is active, aiming for headshots to collect brains.
Check quest progress as you fight and continue until the active counter is complete.
Return to TK Baha at Hallow’s End and turn in the completed stage.
Accept the next stage from TK if you want to continue toward the later thresholds.
Inspect the random turn-in item and keep it only if it helps your character.
Farming tips
Aim carefully during ordinary zombie encounters; headshots are the stated condition for brain collection.
Make backpack space before a turn-in so you can inspect the reward without discarding something important.
Repeat, collect and use
This is a limited five-stage quest series, with thresholds of 10, 25, 50, 100, and 250 brains. Turn each stage in and accept the next one to advance; completed stages do not make the activity indefinitely repeatable.
Common mistakes
Assuming an earlier stage’s surplus automatically satisfies a later objective: check the active counter and collect for that stage.
Leaving a completed stage unturned-in: return to TK Baha and accept the next objective to proceed.
Expecting a specific weapon: the turn-in item type is random, so treat it as a variable reward.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have turned in the stage you wanted, especially the finite 250-brain final stage, or when the random item reward is no longer useful to you.
