Crawmerax’s minions can drop high-tier loot of their own. Checking them during the boss encounter helps you collect the full spread of rewards instead of focusing only on the boss.

This collection goal takes place inside the Crawmerax Lair fight in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx. Minions have different types and vulnerabilities, so identify each one and adapt your damage. Collect their drops when the arena is safe, then finish the encounter and check the boss loot as well. There is no separate claim that minions respawn independently or that a particular item is guaranteed.
Minion loot can be collected during each Crawmerax encounter. To get another set of encounter drops, leave and rejoin the Lair map to fight again; specific items are not guaranteed.
Stop when you have the upgrades or saleable loot you need, or when the fight becomes too costly. Resume this collection objective on a later boss run if desired.
