WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Benjamin Blue’s cage in Research and Development.
Benjamin Blue is the endpoint of the Research and Development route. Once all four pressure pads have been activated, you can revisit his cage reward by leaving and re-entering the map, avoiding a complete clear each time. His reward can include Legendary gear, but it is not guaranteed. Use the interaction as a short general loot check and continue the full route only when its other enemies or containers matter to you.
Activate all four pressure pads on an initial route through the map.
Be able to leave through the Hub of Heroism exit and re-enter the area.
On the first map clear, locate and activate each of the four pressure pads.
Continue to Benjamin Blue’s cage after the pads are active.
Interact with Benjamin Blue three times to receive the reward.
Collect and inspect the gear that appears, keeping useful items.
Leave Research and Development through the Hub of Heroism exit.
Re-enter Research and Development and return to the cage.
Interact with Benjamin Blue again, then repeat the leave-and-re-enter cycle while the reward remains useful.
Farming tips
Complete the pressure-pad setup first; it is the prerequisite for the shorter repeat loop.
Treat the reward as a chance at Legendary gear and set a limit if you are pursuing one specific upgrade.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable after the one-time pressure-pad setup: leave and re-enter Research and Development, then interact with Benjamin Blue. Legendary rewards are not guaranteed.
Common mistakes
Expecting the short loop before activating all four pads can leave the interaction unavailable; finish setup first.
Repeating the entire map after the pads are active wastes time if Benjamin Blue is your only goal; use the map exit and re-entry loop.
Assuming every interaction yields Legendary gear is incorrect; inspect each reward and stop when the expected value falls.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the reward supplies a useful upgrade or when you need a specific named item better pursued through its own source.
