Farming tips A dedicated buffer makes it easier to notice whether copper extraction or processing is the bottleneck. Material preference is configured on the excavator; tower coverage and tile designation are separate controls. Repeat, collect and use Continue extracting while accessible copper remains and storage or processing can accept it. The deposit is limited by the available resource tiles.
Common mistakes Assuming tower placement alone starts extraction: designate copper tiles and assign the required vehicles. Sending copper into a mixed or incorrect destination: use a suitable separate buffer or matching intake. Adding more mining work while the stockpile is full: clear or expand the destination before increasing extraction. When to stop or switch Stop designating copper when the deposit is depleted or the copper chain has more stored material than its current consumers can use.
