A Runestone with a Legendary power is an item you can use to add that power to another eligible item. Application is its own transmutation: budget 50 Champion’s Crowns for this step, separate from the 50 Crowns needed earlier to extract the power. Confirm the target can accept the Rune’s power and that you are ready to spend the material before committing. The result is a practical way to put a saved Legendary effect onto a chosen piece of gear.
Repeat for each Rune power you want to apply to another item; each application requires another 50 Champion’s Crowns.
Stop once the desired power is on the intended gear, or pause until you have a compatible target and the required Crowns.
