Matching a boss reward to the material you need prevents wasted replay runs and separates fixed pickups from repeatable rewards.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Boss arenas in unlocked Depths maps; for Queen Tungsten, use Void District’s final boss arena.
Depths bosses can be useful material targets, but rewards differ by dungeon. Void District has a documented example: its Cannoneer and Blade Bearer final encounter lists two Queen Tungsten. Other routes may provide different materials, so choose the map by its named reward rather than assuming all late bosses drop the same items. To reach a boss, explore the dungeon’s side branches and collect the keys that open its central gate. Collect the reward after victory, then take upgrade metals to Murasame at Home Base and check which weapon can use them.
Obtain the map for the Depths dungeon whose reward matches your material target.
Deliver the map to Davis at Home Base.
Have enough combat resources to clear branches and the final encounter.
Identify an equipment upgrade that uses the target material.
At Davis, select the map associated with your desired boss reward.
Enter the dungeon and begin from its central Mistle.
Explore the branching paths and collect route keys; defeat minibosses guarding those paths.
Return to the center and unlock the main boss route once the required keys are gathered.
Defeat the dungeon’s named final encounter and collect its reward.
Confirm the material appears in your inventory before leaving the Depths.
At Home Base, speak with Murasame and apply the material to an eligible upgrade, or replay the dungeon if the reward is repeatable and more is needed.
Farming tips
Void District’s listed two Queen Tungsten reward belongs to Cannoneer and Blade Bearer; Zero District’s fixed pickup is a separate source.
Check the target dungeon’s reward details before spending time on a full clear.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat only where the named encounter reward supports repeated collection. Boss rewards and fixed route pickups are not interchangeable; the Zero District lower-route Tungsten is one-time.
Common mistakes
Choosing a boss by difficulty instead of reward: confirm the material target first.
Treating every pickup as renewable: fixed items do not become repeatable just because the dungeon can be replayed.
Leaving without collecting the reward: confirm inventory before ending the run.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the collected amount covers your planned upgrade, or switch dungeons if the current boss does not list the material you need.
