A repeatable boss run can provide a substantial soul payout for leveling or purchases, but each reset raises the area's difficulty.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Memory of Jeigh, entered beside The Place Unbeknownst bonfire in Forest of Fallen Giants.
The Giant Lord in Memory of Jeigh is a repeatable boss target in Scholar of the First Sin. The route begins at The Place Unbeknownst bonfire. Defeating him awards souls and the Giant Lord Soul; the soul is a separate inventory item you can consume for souls. Each Bonfire Ascetic used at this bonfire raises its intensity permanently and restores the boss, so treat this as a deliberate difficulty increase rather than a free reset.
At least one Bonfire Ascetic for each repeat after the initial boss kill.
A reliable way to avoid or survive the memory’s fire attacks.
Rest at The Place Unbeknownst and check its current intensity before committing to a reset.
Enter Memory of Jeigh through the nearby King’s Door.
Move through the battlements while watching for fireballs; use cover and advance when safe.
Defeat the Giant Lord, favoring patient attacks between his swings rather than trading hits.
Collect the boss reward and any nearby items you specifically want, then examine the giant remains to leave.
Use the acquired Giant Lord Soul from inventory if you want its stored souls; keep it if you need the boss soul for another purpose.
To repeat, burn an Ascetic at The Place Unbeknownst bonfire and enter the memory again.
Farming tips
A Covetous Silver Serpent Ring increases soul income from the kill; choose survivability if the fight is not consistent.
The memory’s Giant Soul does not respawn from an Ascetic, and Scholar Ascetics do not restore the nearby Twinkling Titanite pickups.
Repeat, collect and use
The boss can be refought by spending one Bonfire Ascetic per reset. Each use permanently raises local bonfire intensity, making future enemies and the boss harder; the Giant Soul item in the memory does not reset.
Common mistakes
Burning an Ascetic expecting the encounter to stay at its prior strength; check intensity first and stop escalating when the fight becomes unreliable.
Leaving the boss soul unused in inventory while expecting it to add currency automatically; consume it from inventory when you want the souls.
Assuming nearby Twinkling Titanite comes back with the boss; those pickups do not respawn this way in Scholar.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the next intensity increase makes the boss run unsafe, or when you have enough souls for the planned level or purchase.
