Baby skeletons provide a late-game repeatable chance at Humanity, with their unusual ongoing respawns making the route distinct from rat loops.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Tomb of the Giants, in the watery section just outside Gravelord Nito’s fog gate, accessible after placing the Lordvessel.
Baby skeletons in the water near Nito’s approach can drop Humanity and continue appearing as you move through the area. This makes it possible to keep hunting without resetting after every small group, though the location is dark, dangerous, and easy to mishandle. Use a light source, choose attacks that reach low targets, and collect each drop immediately: these drops can vanish quickly. This is a late-game method for players prepared to navigate Tomb of the Giants rather than a safe early farming trip.
Place the Lordvessel and reach the final cave leading to Nito.
Bring a reliable light source for Tomb of the Giants.
Use a weapon or attack that can hit low-to-the-ground enemies.
Optional: equip Item Discovery gear.
Approach the Nito route with your light source active and identify the water’s edge.
Move through the water to draw baby skeletons into reach.
Defeat them with attacks that connect with their low profile.
Immediately press the item pickup action near each defeated skeleton and check for Humanity.
Continue moving through the water to draw more enemies while monitoring health and equipment condition.
Return to a bonfire when you need to restore resources, then resume the hunt.
Farming tips
Pulling skeletons onto land before killing them can make drops easier to collect before they disappear.
Soft Humanity and one Item Discovery item can improve drop chances; do not equip both the Gold Serpent Ring and Symbol of Avarice expecting their boosts to stack.
Repeat, collect and use
The baby skeletons reappear as you move through the water, allowing continued farming; Humanity drops remain random. Rest and return if you need to replenish resources.
Common mistakes
Using attacks that pass over the low skeletons: choose a suitable swing, spell, or other low-reaching attack.
Waiting to collect a drop: move to it and press the pickup action immediately because it may disappear quickly.
Exploring unlit or carrying recoverable Humanity: keep a light active and make a safe return when your carried losses would matter.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the Humanity collected meets your intended use or when the hazard and resource costs outweigh another pass.
