Silver Knights in Anor Londo are a substantial repeatable enemy group once you have reached the palace. This route is best approached as a measured circuit from a nearby bonfire: clear only the knights you can handle consistently, collect their souls, and return to spend them before entering a risky section. Parrying, ranged attacks, or strong fire attacks may suit different builds, but no particular tactic is required. The value changes with New Game cycle and how safely your character handles the knights.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Reach Anor Londo and activate a nearby bonfire.
  • Carry a weapon, spell, or defensive setup that works against Silver Knights.
  • Optional: equip the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring for additional souls per kill.
  1. Rest at the palace bonfire and leave into the adjacent rooms.
  2. Defeat the nearest Silver Knights one at a time, using doorways and stairs to manage approach angles.
  3. Continue through rooms you can clear safely, checking corners for additional knights.
  4. Collect souls automatically on each kill and watch for any item drops.
  5. Return to the same bonfire by the route you cleared and rest to reset the enemies.
  6. Spend the souls on levels, supplies, or upgrades before repeating.

Farming tips

  • A route that avoids the archers or other dangerous approaches can be better than a longer circuit with more enemies.
  • The Silver Serpent Ring increases souls received; it does not improve item drop chances.

Repeat, collect and use

The knights respawn after resting, so the route can be repeated. The number of souls per run varies with enemy selection and New Game cycle.

Common mistakes

  • Pulling several knights at once: use room entrances to draw and fight them separately.
  • Running through archers or unfamiliar rooms for a larger circuit: shorten the loop until you can complete it reliably.
  • Treating carried souls as safe: spend them before exploring a high-risk area or attempting a difficult boss.

When to stop or switch

Stop when you can afford the levels or purchases you planned, or switch to a safer route if knight encounters are causing frequent losses.
