Where to farm
Eligible transition passages between biomes. Check the doors after clearing each biome.
Eligible biome transitions can offer timed doors and killstreak doors that lead to reward rooms containing cells and money. These are separate door conditions: a timed door depends on that passage’s time limit, while a killstreak door requires maintaining a streak without taking damage. The research confirms the reward rooms’ cells and money, but does not establish that both door types share an altar reward. Treat each passage as its own check and collect the reward when its condition is met. Spend the cells at an available Collector or Forge during the run.
Start a normal run with a cell-spending goal, such as an unlock at the Collector or a Forge upgrade.
Choose a route and build that can clear enemies efficiently or support careful combat.
Be ready to check the door conditions at each transition; time limits vary by passage.
Start the run and decide whether to prioritize moving quickly or maintaining a clean killstreak.
For a timed door, keep detours short and progress efficiently toward the biome exit.
For a killstreak door, defeat enemies without taking damage; stop protecting the streak if it puts the run at risk.
At the transition, inspect the available doors and enter a reward room only when you meet its condition.
Collect the cells and money in the room. Do not assume it has an altar unless one is present.
Continue your chosen route and check the conditions at each later eligible transition.
Spend collected cells at a Collector or the Legendary Forge when you reach one.

Use the time condition shown for the current passage; there is no single benchmark for every transition.
Taking damage resets a killstreak, so prioritize a safe fight over preserving a fragile streak.
Repeat, collect and use
Check each eligible transition during the run. Door access depends on meeting that door’s condition. Cells are run currency, so spend them at an available Collector or Forge before the run ends.
Common mistakes
Confusing transition reward doors with BSC doors; identify the door type before planning around it.
Assuming every reward room has a three-choice altar; the confirmed reward for this method is cells and money.
Treating a missed condition as a promise of another opportunity later; check each transition independently and continue your route if a door is unavailable.
When to stop or switch
Stop pursuing a door once its condition is missed or the attempt threatens your run. Continue along your route and spend any collected cells before the run ends.
