Where to farm

Defeat the Concierge at the Black Bridge, then use the Daily Challenge entrance in Prisoners’ Quarters.

The Daily Challenge is not an endless cell farm: its documented milestone rewards are blueprints, not a repeatable supply of cells for normal runs. The first useful step is unlocking access. Defeating the Concierge grants the Challenger Rune, which opens the Daily Challenge entrance in Prisoners’ Quarters. This is a limited progression target: once you have the rune, the unlock task is finished. The mode’s separate blueprint milestones count completed challenges and are delivered to the Collector automatically.

How to farm

Before you go

Reach the Black Bridge during a normal run.
Be prepared to defeat the Concierge.
Return to Prisoners’ Quarters after obtaining the Challenger Rune.

Choose a normal run route that reaches the Black Bridge.
Clear the biome and enter the Concierge’s arena.
Learn and avoid the boss’s attacks while dealing damage between openings.
Defeat the Concierge and collect the Challenger Rune reward.
Return to Prisoners’ Quarters and locate the Daily Challenge entrance beside the Scribe.
Enter the challenge when you want to work toward its separate completion milestones.
After a successful challenge, check the Collector for any blueprint milestone that was automatically delivered.

Farming tips

The Challenge unlock comes from the Concierge; it is not awarded for accumulating Daily Challenge completions.
Daily Challenge completion blueprints are separate from normal-run cell income. Plan to pay their Collector costs with cells earned in normal runs.

Repeat, collect and use

The Challenger Rune unlock is one-time. Daily Challenges can be completed on later days, but that does not make their blueprint milestones an endless repeat reward.

Common mistakes

Searching for a cell payout from Daily Challenge milestones; the supported milestone rewards are blueprints.
Looking for the entrance before obtaining the Challenger Rune; first defeat the Concierge and collect it.
Expecting blueprint delivery to unlock gear automatically; visit the Collector and pay the listed cell cost.

When to stop or switch

Stop pursuing this unlock once the Challenger Rune is obtained and the Daily Challenge entrance is available; use normal runs for repeatable cells.
