WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Throne of Destruction and Worldstone Chamber in Act V, reached through Worldstone Keep.
Use Baal runs when your character can reach the Throne safely and handle successive waves. Each run combines travel through Worldstone Keep, a fixed sequence of throne encounters, and the boss chamber; Terror Zone status can make the route more rewarding but also more dangerous.
Before you go Complete the Ancients quest in the chosen difficulty to access Baal. Have the damage, resistances, and crowd control to manage throne waves. Bring healing and mana supplies appropriate to your build. Travel through Worldstone Keep to the Throne of Destruction. Clear dangerous packs on the way rather than letting them follow into the throne room. Defeat each of Baal’s summoned waves before advancing. Enter the Worldstone Chamber and kill Baal. Collect gear and materials that fit your goals, then return to town. Reset and repeat for experience or broad endgame loot. Farming tips Check whether the Throne or surrounding route is Terrorized and compare the added danger with your clear speed. A party can change experience and difficulty; use a group only if it improves your practical run. Repeat, collect and use Repeat freely after access is unlocked; experience and drops depend on kills and are not guaranteed item rewards.
Common mistakes Rushing into the throne with dangerous packs behind you; clear or control the approach first. Treating a Terrorized run as automatically better; switch if added monster strength causes deaths or delays. Leaving after the waves without killing Baal when his drops are part of your goal. When to stop or switch Stop when you reach your level target or when a faster active Terror Zone or safer area gives better progress for your character.
