Before opening a new region, identify the material or quest that makes it necessary. Check its biome, then see whether the route is blocked by a Dream Castle door or an uncleared Valley entrance. Biome access and stall repair are separate steps, so include both in your plan when seeds are the goal. Once open, visit the source area and establish the needed supply loop.
Biome unlocks are one-time progression gates; once a biome is open, return to it for repeatable gathering and farming.
