WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Roundtable Hold Twin Maiden Husks after delivering the relevant Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearings found in mines and later areas.
Unique armaments use Somber Smithing Stones rather than the standard stone track. The relevant Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearings add their listed tiers to the Twin Maiden Husks’ shop, eventually covering tiers 1–9. Each tier is used once per reinforcement step on this track, but buying stones and upgrading still costs runes. Find only the bearing progression that matches your weapon’s next requirement; the final tiers are tied to late-game progress.
Own a unique armament that uses Somber Smithing Stones.
Reach the location of the bearing for the tier you need.
Carry runes for the stone purchase and smithing service.
Inspect the weapon’s reinforcement requirement and note its next Somber tier.
Locate the corresponding Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing in its mine or region.
Defeat the guarding boss or collect the bearing at the marked location.
Offer the bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold.
Check their shop for newly available Somber tiers.
Buy the required tier and take it to a smith to reinforce the unique armament.
Repeat with later bearings when the weapon reaches tiers not yet available.
Farming tips
Some early Somber tiers may be available from Iji’s stock; check what you can buy before making a dedicated bearing trip.
The highest tiers require late-game progression, so plan around the current weapon level rather than expecting all nine early.
Repeat, collect and use
Bearings are one-time progression pickups; after delivery, the corresponding stones can be purchased repeatedly for runes.
Common mistakes
Buying standard Smithing Stones for a unique weapon: read its upgrade requirement and buy Somber stones.
Assuming one bearing unlocks all tiers: deliver the remaining bearings as you progress.
Ignoring the smithing cost: reserve runes for both materials and the reinforcement service.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the next required Somber tier is affordable and the weapon is reinforced; continue the bearing route only when its next tier becomes necessary.
