Where to farm
Portable Constructor interface, under its Components recipe filter.
This conversion requires a crafted and deployed Portable Constructor. Select the Components recipe filter, inspect the current Silicon Ore recipe, and process Crushed Stone if the displayed requirements are met.
Silicon Ore recipe visible in the current Components list
Place Crushed Stone into the Portable Constructor input.
Open the constructor recipe interface.
Select the Components filter or search for Silicon Ore.
Choose the Silicon Ore recipe and inspect its displayed input requirements.
Queue the conversion only if you have the required Crushed Stone.
Wait for the constructor to finish processing.
Collect the Silicon Ore from output and store or use it in the next recipe.
Farming tips
This conversion may consume substantial Crushed Stone relative to the ore output; check the displayed quantities before committing.
A labeled Silicon surface rock is another direct source if processing stone is not worthwhile.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat only while you have Crushed Stone and the live recipe remains available. Each queue consumes its recipe inputs; this is a processing loop, not an unlimited source of stone.
Common mistakes
Looking in the wrong recipe category: use Components or text search to find Silicon Ore.
Assuming an old input amount: read the current recipe display before queuing.
Forgetting to collect the output: retrieve the processed ore before moving on.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your Silicon Ore requirement is met or when the Crushed Stone cost makes this conversion less useful than gathering a direct Silicon source.
