WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Hunt > Ogre Hunt > Otherworld difficulty. Check the in-client reward preview for the currently listed sets.

Ogre Hunt is a targeted equipment farm for heroes whose builds call for its specialized sets. The current Hunt guidance identifies Reversal, Riposte, Warfare, and Pursuit as its set rewards; Counter is not among them. Choose a set because a particular hero needs it, then judge drops by slot and usable stats rather than collecting every piece. Ogre Hunt uses Otherworld difficulty, and its expanded formation allows six heroes. The route below helps you run the activity, sort its output, and decide when to return to your regular Hunt farm.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Unlock Ogre Hunt and its Otherworld difficulty.
  • Prepare a team that can clear the encounter reliably; the formation supports up to six heroes.
  • Identify a hero and one of the listed Ogre Hunt sets that suits its build.
  • Set aside Energy and decide how you will retain or process gear drops.
  1. Open Hunt and select Ogre Hunt, then choose Otherworld difficulty.
  2. Review the reward preview and select a listed set that supports a planned hero build.
  3. Fill the formation with up to six heroes you can use consistently, then complete a run to check that the team survives and clears.
  4. If available for this activity, complete a successful Battle Pet clear to enable Background Battling.
  5. Queue the Energy you intend to spend and configure equipment handling to retain potentially useful pieces from your target set.
  6. Collect the results when the queue finishes; inspect each piece’s set, slot, main stat, and substats against the planned build.
  7. Lock promising candidates, then sell or extract unsuitable gear and equip a candidate only if it improves the hero.

Farming tips

  • Build a general Speed gear foundation first; Ogre sets are for specific bruiser or PvP needs.
  • Use the gear score and substat filters you already apply to other Hunt drops; a matching set alone does not make a piece useful.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat Otherworld Ogre Hunt while you need usable pieces from its listed sets. Gear and stats are random, so runs do not guarantee a particular slot or an upgrade. Collect each batch, lock candidates, and sell or extract the rest.

Common mistakes

  • Farming for Counter: Counter is not in the current Ogre Hunt set list; target Reversal, Riposte, Warfare, or Pursuit instead.
  • Entering without a specific build goal: identify the hero and useful slots first, then assess drops against that need.
  • Keeping every matching-set drop: check main and substats, lock only plausible upgrades, and process the rest.

When to stop or switch

Stop when the planned hero has enough usable pieces, the current reward preview no longer lists the set you need, or another account priority is a better use of Energy.
