WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Hunt > Wyvern 13.
Wyvern 13 remains a practical source of Speed gear and a stepping stone into Otherworldly Hunt. A repeatable clear matters more than a one-shot: the fight punishes non-Ice units and depends on keeping debuffs on Wyvern so it focuses its attacks on the front hero.
Unlock Wyvern 13 and build an Ice team that can clear it consistently.
Use a durable front hero who can take Wyvern's attacks.
Bring reliable debuffs, especially defense break, and enough damage to finish the boss.
Equip a Battle Pet if you want to record the clear for Background Battling.
Check Wyvern's encounter details and select an Ice-heavy team; non-Ice turns can give the boss Combat Readiness.
Place a durable tank or healer in the front slot, since Wyvern concentrates attacks there.
Use a debuffer such as Furious and Ice damage dealers; keep the debuff requirement in mind so the front hero is not left exposed.
Complete a manual clear with a Battle Pet equipped to register a Background Battling time.
Before queuing, set the equipment filter to preserve useful Speed-set pieces and gear you want to inspect.
Queue the desired Energy or Leifs, then choose Calculate to collect the finished Background Battling results.
Review drops and keep only pieces with useful set, main stat, and substat combinations; use the rest as gold or extraction material.
Farming tips
Furious, Sigret, Muwi, and a healer are an accessible Ice core described for Wyvern; adapt to the heroes and equipment you own.
Daydream Joker is a common Hunt damage artifact because it scales against a boss's max Health.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat for Speed gear and Hunt materials until your team can reliably move into Otherworldly Hunt. Background Battling consumes queued Energy or Leifs.
Common mistakes
Putting a fragile hero in front: move the durable tank or healer to the front slot.
Taking non-Ice heroes without checking their effect on Wyvern's Combat Readiness: prioritize Ice heroes for this encounter.
Entering the harder Hunt with an unstable clear: farm the difficulty you can complete, then upgrade gear and retry.
When to stop or switch
Move to Otherworldly Hunt once your team survives it; return to Wyvern when you need more stable clears or Speed gear.
