WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Overseer assignments whose reward previews include poison-making materials.
The October 21 Live update added poison-making materials from Terror of Luclin, Laurion’s Song, and The Outer Brood to appropriate Overseer rewards. The update does not provide a full assignment table, so the dependable method is to inspect each assignment’s displayed rewards and select the material when offered. This is an assignment and reward-selection loop, with the usable output being poison ingredients for your tradeskill work.
Assignments available to send and agents that meet their displayed requirements.
A poison-material goal from one of the named expansion ranges.
Open Overseer and choose an available assignment that your agents can complete.
Inspect the assignment’s reward preview before sending; select one that explicitly includes a poison-making material if shown.
Assign agents according to the displayed requirements and send the assignment.
When it completes, collect the assignment results and review the reward-selection options.
Choose the poison ingredient that advances your planned recipe or material stock, if offered.
Check inventory and Overseer status, then send another eligible assignment when available.
Use collected ingredients in poison making according to the recipe actually available to your character.
Farming tips
Assignment reward tables vary; a poison material is not guaranteed on every mission.
Keep the ingredient’s expansion and recipe use in mind before selecting among reward choices.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat with other eligible assignments whenever available. Each reward depends on the assignment’s actual results and selection options, so this is a variable, ongoing acquisition path rather than a guaranteed yield.
Common mistakes
Sending without checking the preview: choose a different assignment if no relevant material is listed.
Expecting a particular expansion ingredient every time: take only what the displayed reward offers.
Collecting without a use plan: match the material to a poison recipe or stock need.
When to stop or switch
Stop selecting poison rewards when your planned recipe stock is complete or no offered material advances your current poison-making goal.
