WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Eligible zones on Frostreaver TLP, identified by the daily Resource Hunter messages and the in-zone bonus hint.
Resource Hunter is a Frostreaver progression-server ruleset, not a Live server feature. Each day it randomly assigns bonuses to eligible zones, with a new selection at midnight Pacific. The zone list and bonus type can change, repeat, or disappear; scouting means reading the current announcement and in-zone hint, then matching a bonus to a real goal such as experience, loot, coin, or rare NPC hunting.
Before you go A character on Frostreaver TLP; ordinary Live characters do not receive this ruleset. A goal that corresponds to an available bonus, such as leveling, loot, coin, or a rare spawn. A zone your character can safely enter and use. At or after the daily cycle, read the chat and on-screen Resource Hunter announcement for the zones assigned bonuses. Select a listed zone whose bonus type serves your current objective and whose level range suits your character. Enter the zone and wait for its in-zone message to identify the active bonus category. For combat or reward bonuses, kill a suitable NPC and check the group message to confirm the effect is active. Choose a camp or harvest activity within that zone based on the confirmed category; do not assume the bonus amount. Track the output relevant to your goal, such as experience, coin, loot, or access to a rare NPC. Recheck announcements after the next daily change before carrying the same plan into another session. Farming tips Use the hint to identify the category; the system does not reveal the bonus magnitude. The selection is random rather than a fixed rotation, so avoid planning around a zone returning tomorrow. Repeat, collect and use Repeat the scouting and zone selection each day you play; bonuses rerandomize at midnight Pacific and may not recur in the same place.
Common mistakes Applying Resource Hunter to Live: this route is Frostreaver-specific. Assuming a known daily rotation: read that day’s announcements each time. Settling before verifying the in-zone hint: confirm the category before committing to the camp. When to stop or switch Switch zones when the bonus no longer matches your objective, you finish the target, or a new daily selection changes the useful option.
