A rare-spawn bonus can make a qualifying Frostreaver zone a better place to pursue its existing named targets.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Frostreaver zones with a current Rare NPC Spawn bonus and an existing rare NPC relevant to your character.
Rare NPC Spawn is one possible Resource Hunter bonus on Frostreaver TLP. The bonus is randomized, and zones without rare NPCs should no longer receive it. Treat this as a modifier to an existing named-NPC hunt, not as a promise that a new target or guaranteed drop will appear. Verify the current bonus, choose a real target in that zone, and collect only the reward your goal requires.
A Frostreaver TLP character; Resource Hunter does not apply on ordinary Live servers.
The daily announcement must list a zone with a Rare NPC Spawn bonus.
A specific named NPC or quest reward to pursue in that zone.
Read the daily Resource Hunter announcement and shortlist zones carrying Rare NPC Spawn.
Enter a shortlisted zone and wait for the in-zone hint to verify the bonus type.
Use the zone’s known named NPC camps and quest information to choose a target that actually exists there.
Coordinate with your group before engaging and follow normal encounter and loot rules.
Defeat the target when it appears and inspect the available loot or quest credit for the reward you need.
If the target does not appear, continue only while the camp remains useful and the bonus is active; no exact timer or guaranteed spawn is published here.
Record whether the reward advanced your goal, then choose another eligible camp or leave.
Farming tips
The bonus affects the chance or behavior of rare spawns, but the available facts do not give an exact rate or timer.
Avoid zones without rare NPCs even if they are otherwise convenient; they are excluded from this bonus.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the target hunt while the zone has the bonus and the reward is still needed. The bonus is daily and random, and any specific NPC reward may be limited by the target’s availability.
Common mistakes
Treating the bonus as guaranteed named spawns: continue only with realistic expectations.
Farming a zone with no rare NPCs: select a qualifying zone with an actual target.
Using an unverified spawn timer: let observed game activity and group coordination guide the camp.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the desired reward or quest credit is secured, the camp is no longer productive, or the daily bonus changes.
