Wear gatherer gear whose spiritbond you want to build while collecting materials that already serve a crafting, scrip, or personal-use goal. Extract materia when the gear permits, then decide whether to use it in a meld or retain it. The resulting materia type and market value vary, so do not plan around a fixed quantity or sale price.
