WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Thick Creepers on doors and windows at Overgrown Towers, small towns, and Greenhouse Towers.
Collect biomass by cutting the thick vines that block doors and windows in overgrown locations. This gives you a site-based supply of plant material for recipes that need biomass, without depending on a crop harvest or uncertain seed return.
Inventory space for the biomass and other salvage.
Travel to an Overgrown Tower, small town, or Greenhouse Tower.
Land and search the buildings for thick, root-like vines covering doors or windows.
Equip your Knife before approaching the vines.
Cut a Thick Creeper to clear the blocked opening and collect the biomass it yields.
Check the newly accessible area for more vines and cut those you can reach safely.
Collect the biomass from the ground and keep it with your crafting supplies.
Use the biomass in a recipe that calls for it, such as fuel or chemical production; check the crafting station for the current recipe requirements.
Farming tips
Clear creepers that block useful rooms so one cut both yields biomass and opens access.
Bring inventory space for salvage from the site, since biomass is only one possible pickup.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat at other named overgrown sites whenever you need more biomass. The method depends on finding Thick Creepers at a location; no guaranteed yield or respawn cycle is established.
Common mistakes
Trying to harvest vines without a Knife: equip one before cutting.
Treating every plant as a Thick Creeper target: focus on the sturdy vines covering doors and windows.
Assuming a fixed biomass amount per vine: collect the actual drops and check your inventory.
When to stop or switch
Stop once you have enough biomass for the recipe you plan to make, or switch to another overgrown site if the current location has no more accessible creepers.
