WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Vineyard trellises and the wine-processing station unlocked through Farming and Nature technology.

Farming and Nature technology covers vineyard and wine production. Grapes require the vineyard system rather than standard beds; wine then depends on the processing recipe and station you have unlocked. Use the technology and station menus to establish the actual inputs available in your save. This guide avoids assumed recipes or production quantities and follows the displayed chain from crop to finished drink.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Kitchen Garden access and Farming and Nature progression.
  • The vineyard and grape-growing unlocks shown in Technology.
  • Grape Seeds and an available trellis plot.
  • The wine recipe and processing station shown in the game.
  1. Open Farming and Nature and unlock vineyard production and the grape option available to you.
  2. Prepare an available vineyard trellis plot, not a standard garden bed.
  3. Plant Grape Seeds according to the trellis interaction.
  4. Return when the crop is ready and harvest the grapes.
  5. Check the wine recipe at its named station and gather the listed additional inputs.
  6. Process grapes using the displayed wine recipe.
  7. Collect finished wine and store it for a recipe, sale, or other current use.

Farming tips

  • Unlock the processing recipe before scaling grapes so harvests have a destination.
  • Keep grapes separate from other vineyard crops and inspect the recipe before consuming them.

Repeat, collect and use

Grape growing and wine processing are repeatable while seeds, trellises, and recipe inputs are available; technology unlocks are one-time.

Common mistakes

  • Planting grapes in ordinary beds: use the vineyard trellis system.
  • Assuming grapes alone make wine: follow the station’s full ingredient list.
  • Growing more than you can process: match trellis use to recipe demand and storage.

When to stop or switch

Stop planting when your wine stock or grape reserve covers current needs; switch crops if grapes are backing up unprocessed.
