Ladybug Parts and Head

Ladybug Parts and a possible Ladybug Head drop support crafting and progression. Open ground makes the charge easier to read and evade.

PC / Global, 1.4
WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Open Grasslands around the Oak Tree and central yard.

Search central Grasslands paths for a roaming Ladybug, then fight where grass stems and terrain will not trap you. Parts and the head are gathered from the drop pile after the fight; because the head is chance-based, plan for more than one encounter if a recipe requires it.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • A shield for blocking or managing the charge.
  • A sturdy weapon and armor.
  • Healing items and open ground for dodging.
  1. Walk the Grasslands around the Oak Tree and central yard until you spot a Ladybug.
  2. Lead it away from dense grass or other enemies to create room to move.
  3. Ready your shield and watch for its charge.
  4. Dodge sideways or block as appropriate, then attack during a safe opening.
  5. Finish the encounter and collect the drop pile.
  6. Analyze a first Ladybug part or head at a Field Station to uncover its uses.
  7. Use the parts for the recipes you need; repeat if the head has not dropped and remains required.

Farming tips

  • Keep the fight on open ground so stems do not block your movement.
  • Check your inventory against the recipe after each fight; the head is not guaranteed.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat fights with other roaming Ladybugs until your required parts and any needed head drop are collected; each encounter can yield different drops.

Common mistakes

  • Fighting among tight grass: move the encounter to open ground first.
  • Treating the head as guaranteed: continue only if your recipe still needs it.
  • Skipping the first analysis: scan unfamiliar drops before farming a large surplus.

When to stop or switch

Stop once your crafting goal is covered, including a head if needed; return to normal Grasslands travel if you are only short on common materials.
