WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Duo Fjord boss encounter: defeat Dragon Qian in Adventure on Elite difficulty or higher until the five-kill unlock condition is met.

Fortune Challenge is a named Occult Scroll unlock tied to a specific boss milestone. The update announcement states that defeating Dragon Qian five times on Elite difficulty or above unlocks it. This creates a clear target distinct from general boss scroll drops or Vault chest selection. Dragon Qian is encountered in Duo Fjord; choose an Elite-or-higher Adventure run that reaches that boss, defeat it, and then finish or otherwise register the encounter according to the run flow. The source does not establish a guaranteed scroll drop each time; it describes a permanent unlock after the five-kill requirement. Track your progress in the unlock/scroll collection interface if available and inspect the scroll list after the fifth qualifying kill. If you are not yet clearing Elite reliably, complete the lower difficulty gate first. This is most useful for players completing their permanent scroll collection, not for farming a random copy or expecting the scroll to appear from a green chest.

How to farm

Before you go

Unlock Elite difficulty by clearing Normal.
Reach Duo Fjord during an Elite-or-higher Adventure run.

Select Elite or a higher unlocked difficulty before starting the run.
Progress through the Adventure stages until Duo Fjord and Dragon Qian are reached.
Defeat Dragon Qian; avoid leaving the boss encounter before the kill registers.
Complete the run flow and inspect scroll unlock progress or the collection interface.
Repeat qualifying Elite-or-higher runs until five Dragon Qian defeats have registered.
Check the Occult Scroll collection for Fortune Challenge after the milestone.
If the scroll remains locked, verify that each kill was on Elite-or-higher rather than a lower mode.

Farming tips

This is an unlock condition, not a claim that Dragon Qian drops Fortune Challenge as ordinary loot.
Choose a difficulty you can actually clear to reach the boss consistently.
The cited update gives a five-defeat threshold but no drop rate or fixed run time.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat Elite-or-higher Duo Fjord clears until the permanent five-kill unlock is complete.

Common mistakes

Do not count Dragon Qian kills on lower difficulty toward the stated condition.
Do not expect the reward as a chest drop after the first kill.
Do not repeat the route after Fortune Challenge appears unlocked unless pursuing another goal.
