Assignments dispatch eligible characters to tasks with listed rewards. This is a passive production loop rather than an immediate battle: choose a task whose preview matches a material need, wait for its displayed duration, collect the output, and dispatch again if that category remains useful. The menu determines the actual reward, so use its task preview rather than guessing from a task’s name. Apply collected items to planned character or Light Cone upgrades where they are eligible.

Stop dispatching for a category when it covers planned upgrades or another task offers more useful output.
