Where to farm
Scalegorge Waterscape, Xianzhou Luofu: eastern circular platform, central palace ruins, and northern branch.
The Scalegorge Waterscape route maps 17 chest locations and a Warp Trotter. These are one-time exploration rewards, so this is a completion sweep rather than a repeatable material farm. Several marked chests require formidable-foe fights. Collect what you can first, then return to those battles when your team is ready. The numbered positions and nearby paths help you locate missed rewards in this Xianzhou Luofu area.
Scalegorge Waterscape chest locations from the version 1.2 route. Numbers mark 17 chests; red points 8, 9 and 17 require Formidable Foe fights. The Warp Trotter is beside point 3. These exploration rewards are claimed once.

How to farm
Before you go
Unlock Scalegorge Waterscape through the Xianzhou Luofu story.
Bring a team able to defeat formidable foes at marked chests, or plan to return for them.
Start near the eastern Space Anchor and follow route points 1–3 around the circular platform and beach.
At point 3, find and defeat the nearby Warp Trotter before it escapes.
Use central Space Anchors to reach points 4–7, then follow palace paths toward points 10–15.
Take the northern path to points 16–17; this branch is reached from the north.
Return to formidable-foe chests at points 8, 9, and 17 when your team can handle them.
Open unclaimed chests and revisit numbered positions you missed.
If the Trotter escapes, leave the area and return to retry it.
Farming tips
Use Space Anchors and visible paths to orient yourself with the numbered route.
Leave a difficult combat chest for later instead of repeatedly attempting a fight your team cannot clear.
Repeat, collect and use
Chests and Trotter rewards are one-time. If the Trotter escapes, it can be retried after leaving the area.
Common mistakes
Treating the route as repeatable: use Calyxes for ongoing material needs after collecting these rewards.
Skipping the northern branch: points 16–17 are reached from the north.
Assuming an escaped Trotter is gone permanently: leave the area and return for another attempt.
When to stop or switch
Stop after collecting the listed chests and Trotter reward. Return only for missed locations or combat chests you postponed.
