Where to farm
Vapor Condenser sites on eligible prospects.
The Vapor Condenser route combines equipment setup with combat. At an eligible prospect, place and power the condenser, then stay prepared to defend it while it operates. Collect the resulting Exotic output after the event finishes. This is separate from both cave-node mining and Radar-based deep-deposit drilling.
Vapor Condenser and its required fuel or power setup.
Combat equipment and supplies for the defense.
Inventory space and a route to return the output for extraction.
Check that the current prospect supports Vapor Condenser extraction.
Bring the condenser, its required operating supplies, and defensive equipment to the chosen site.
Place the condenser where it can be operated and defended.
Power it using the required setup and begin the extraction event.
Stay near the site and defend the condenser against the attacks that occur during operation.
After the event completes, collect the Exotic output from the condenser.
Return the Exotics to the dropship and complete prospect extraction.
Farming tips
Bring enough combat supplies to remain at the site throughout the defense instead of starting and leaving.
Keep this route distinct in your plan from cave nodes and deep deposits; each uses different equipment and steps.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat only where the prospect offers a usable condenser and you have supplies for another defense. Do not treat it as an unlimited source independent of prospect rules.
Common mistakes
Starting without the condenser's operating supplies; prepare its power or fuel requirements first.
Leaving the site during the defense; remain ready to protect the equipment through the event.
Ending the prospect before securing output; collect it and extract successfully.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the event's output is collected and meets your Exotic target, or if you cannot safely continue the defense.
