ICARUS farming takes place inside short prospects and open worlds. Caves supply common ores, while Exotics come from cave nodes, scanned deep deposits, Vapor Condensers or eligible mission rewards. Crop Plots and greenhouses grow food and mission cargo, and Workshop equipment can be packed into a dropship before deployment.

Build the mission farm near its pod
For the Olympus Agriculture mission, place the greenhouse farm near the supply pod so it counts toward objective progress. The loop uses Crop Plots, water and fertilizer before produce delivery.

Choose an Exotic method that fits your loadout
Cave nodes can be mined without a scanner, but they cannot be scanned. Deep deposits use a Radar and Deep Mining Drill, so plan for the method you intend to run.

Check the map before targeting ore
Caves across the maps supply many technology ores, but Prometheus distributes some ores by biome. Check the target ore’s map distribution before committing to a long cave run.
