Mission rewards are a different source from cave nodes, deep deposits, or Vapor Condensers; a mission's eligibility and payout can vary, so confirm the active prospect information rather than assuming every mission grants Exotics.
Before you go Access to the relevant mission or prospect. Current objective and reward information for that mission. Equipment and supplies for the mission's stated tasks. A dropship extraction plan. Review available mission details and identify one that lists an Exotic reward. Read the objective requirements and prepare equipment for those tasks before deployment. Launch the selected prospect and follow its in-game objective markers and instructions. Complete the mission objectives required for reward eligibility. Collect any separate Exotics you encounter on the map if your plan includes cave or extraction routes. Return to the dropship and complete extraction successfully. Check the prospect completion and reward result before planning the next run. Farming tips Confirm the reward on the selected mission because reward eligibility depends on the current prospect. Budget time and supplies for objectives first; optional map gathering should not prevent successful extraction. Repeat, collect and use Repeat with missions that currently offer Exotic rewards. Reward availability and amount depend on the selected prospect and its rules.
Common mistakes Assuming every mission includes Exotics; verify the active reward details before launch. Confusing mission rewards with mined cave or deep deposits; these are separate collection routes. Failing to complete extraction; finish the prospect successfully to claim its reward. When to stop or switch Stop after the prospect completes and the reward is registered; switch to another mission only after confirming it offers the reward you need.
