WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Center of Venigni Works mine, at the bottom of the route reached by descending two ladders.
Hidden Moonstones are fixed exploration pickups used in the normal weapon upgrade path. This guide covers the concrete Center of Venigni Works mine pickups: one Hidden Moonstone near the pickaxe puppets and a separate Covenant stone behind a breakable barricade. Collect each once, then check the weapon upgrade menu to see whether it advances your chosen blade.
Before you go Reach the lower mine section in Center of Venigni Works. Be prepared to deal with puppets in the mine, or to move past them carefully. Have a normal weapon whose next upgrade uses a Hidden Moonstone, if you want to spend the pickup immediately. Enter the mine route and descend the first ladder, then continue to and descend the second ladder to the lower floor. Locate the wooden barricade on the left wall and approach it carefully. Let the puppet behind the barricade break through the wood; do not waste attacks trying to clear the barrier yourself. Move through the opening and collect the Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant behind it. Search the opposite side of the lower mine near the two pickaxe puppets. Collect the separate Hidden Moonstone there, then return to safety or continue the chapter. At Hotel Krat, inspect the intended weapon’s next enhancement before spending either material. Farming tips The two pickups are close in the same mine area but serve different upgrade paths; check the item names before using them. A fixed pickup is still available on a return visit if it was missed, but clearing the area again does not make it respawn. Repeat, collect and use Each pickup is collected once per playthrough. Revisit only to claim a missed item; enemy respawns do not refresh these materials.
Common mistakes Do not confuse the Covenant stone with the Hidden Moonstone; the former is for special weapon upgrades. Do not attack the barricade expecting it to break; let the puppet smash it. Do not expect either collectible to reappear after collection. When to stop or switch Stop searching once you have collected both landmarks’ items, or once the upgrade you need is funded.
