The Powercharm comes from the follow-up to Cobb’s Secure Wounded Hollow quest. The chain begins after Chapter 4’s Lurking Shadows assignment and the first quest reward, the Armorcharm. After completing Secure Wounded Hollow, speak with Rex, Cobb’s colleague, and accept the next optional quest if it appears. Complete its listed objective, claim the Powercharm, and carry it in the item pouch for its attack boost. This is a one-time reward, not an activity to repeat for additional copies. If Rex’s request is not available, verify that the prerequisite quest and reward are complete before searching elsewhere.
