Eufaula Desert Oasis pools north of Ingall’s Mine, accessible after completing The Portia Bridge mission.
Before you go
- Complete The Portia Bridge mission.
- Beginner Fishing Rod and bait.
- Inventory space for fish and any other travel loot.
Farming steps
- Confirm the bridge mission is complete before planning the desert trip.
- Travel into the Eufaula Desert and locate the oasis north of Ingall’s Mine.
- Fish at the oasis with the rod and bait, collecting each catch as it appears.
- Sort catches and identify Gladiator Fish, Golden Salmon, and Wise Fish separately.
- Keep any fish needed for a current commission or collection goal.
- Check the current market price before selling ordinary surplus and return for another session if a target remains.
- Treat the named species as a pool target, not a guaranteed catch on each cast.
- Bundle fishing with other desert errands so the bridge trip serves more than one purpose.
Repeat, collect and use
Fishing can be repeated after access is unlocked, but individual species are not guaranteed and there is no fixed farm yield.
Common mistakes
- Traveling before the bridge is built blocks access; complete the mission first.
- Expecting every named fish on demand can waste a session; continue only while the target remains useful.
- Selling a fish needed for a collection or commission creates a replacement trip; check needs before shipping.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the fish needed for the current goal are obtained or the remaining catches are no longer worth the travel, then switch to another fishing spot.
