Maxing the Loot +Value modifier alone does not satisfy the full-table requirement. Lapis comes from Underworld and Depths activity, so expect to collect it over multiple runs rather than treating this as a single mission reward. Before spending, inspect the table and note which blessings remain incomplete; this helps you measure progress without relying on a fixed total cost. Once the whole table is complete, check with Ono no Takamura and then confirm the text at the Blacksmith. Farming Lapis is repeatable, but the table completion and text reward are one-time milestones.
