Rain Man supports plot watering, which can reduce manual care while you work elsewhere in the world.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Your territory crop plots with Rain Man assigned to its available securement setup, or plots supplied through your regular water arrangement.
Use Rain Man as a watering aid for planted territory crops, then verify the beds themselves to ensure their water status is being met. It supports irrigation; it does not supply seeds or fertilizer, so keep the rest of the growing setup ready.
Have captured Rain Man and a valid territory securement unit.
Build crop plots and plant seeds for the desired crops.
Keep any water source or setup required by your current territory configuration available.
Plant crops in plots that you can inspect easily.
Assign Rain Man through its territory securement setup and enable its available watering behavior.
Check the displayed water status on each planted plot after assignment.
Adjust plot placement or the water setup if a crop still shows an unmet need.
Leave the plots while doing other tasks, then return and check water status again.
Harvest mature crops and replant using retained seeds or fresh planting stock.
Farming tips
Verify the plot status after assigning Rain Man; do not infer coverage from the deviation being present.
Keep seed and fertilizer needs separate from watering when planning a crop cycle.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the plant, check, and harvest cycle as long as you have planting stock and the needed plot conditions; Rain Man does not make seed supply or harvest yield unlimited.
Common mistakes
Assuming Rain Man supplies seeds: gather seeds or plantable crops separately.
Assuming all plots are watered: check each plot and fix any that still show a water need.
Expecting fertilizer or extra yield from watering support: provide those inputs separately if your crop setup requires them.
When to stop or switch
Stop expanding crop plots when watering and harvesting take more time than the crops save, or switch to fewer beds when your stock target is met.
