Where to farm
Expedition interface at your base; select an available expedition whose displayed rewards include High Quality Pal Oil.
Open the expedition interface and inspect the reward list before committing Pals. Choose a listed expedition whose rewards include High Quality Pal Oil, then collect the returned reward and route oil into your Polymer buffer.
