Palworld farming combines manual gathering and combat drops with base automation. Assign Pals to mining, planting, watering, harvesting, transporting and ranch work, then process materials at production stations. Progression hinges on unlocking suitable facilities and matching each job to the right Work Suitability level.

Field ore and sulfur nodes need Mining level 2, while coal and Pure Quartz need level 3 or higher. Check a Pal’s Mining suitability before relying on it for a node run.
Compatible Pals periodically produce their listed items at a Ranch, including milk, honey, and High Quality Pal Oil. Assign the matching Pal and collect its output from the base.
Vaelet can supply Wheat Seeds at a Ranch; the Wheat Plantation consumes seeds when first built, then later harvests do not need reseeding. A Mill turns the Wheat into Flour with a Watering Pal.
