Where to farm

Tablet slots in the Map Device when opening eligible Atlas maps.

Precursor Tablets are consumable modifiers that add encounters or bonuses to eligible maps. Choose one that matches your current goal, confirm which maps accept its effect, then place it with a suitable Waystone in the Map Device. Tablet charges are finite, and additional slots can have Waystone modifier requirements, so use the device display to confirm the setup before committing. A well-matched Tablet makes mapping more focused; once it runs out, reassess whether the same target remains worthwhile. Avoid assuming a Tablet can affect any map or stack without restriction.

How to farm

Before you go

Reach the Atlas and obtain a Precursor Tablet.
Have a suitable Waystone for the map and any additional tablet slots.
Choose a farming target that matches the Tablet’s effect.
Be able to complete the affected maps safely.

Read the Tablet’s effect, charges, and area or map restrictions.
Choose a reachable map that qualifies for its effect and suits your build.
Place the Tablet and Waystone in the Map Device.
Add another Tablet only if the interface accepts it and the Waystone meets displayed requirements.
Open the map and complete its added encounters while collecting rewards.
Continue on eligible maps while charges remain, checking the count as you go.
Choose a different Tablet when the current one expires or your farming goal changes.

Farming tips

Use finite Tablet charges on maps you can finish reliably.
Additional slots may require more-modified Waystones; follow the current Map Device display.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat with more Tablets as you obtain them. Each Tablet has limited uses, after which its effect ends.

Common mistakes

Using a Tablet on an ineligible map; check its text and device acceptance first.
Adding every possible modifier without considering danger; scale the setup to your build.
Selecting a Tablet that does not support your goal; match its effect to the encounter or reward you need.
