WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Atlas of Worlds: open reachable map nodes through the Map Device.
Waystones are the entry items for Atlas maps. To keep mapping, finish reachable areas and collect drops rather than expecting a particular map to replace the Waystone you used. Map bosses are a useful resupply target, especially in early Tier 1 maps, but drops vary. This loop maintains access to the Atlas while you increase difficulty at a pace your character can handle.
Finish the currently available campaign and interludes to unlock Atlas mapping.
Have a Waystone suitable for a reachable map.
Be able to survive the chosen map modifiers and defeat its boss.
Leave inventory space to collect and sort Waystones.
Check your Waystone inventory and note which tiers you can use next.
Choose a reachable Atlas map whose tier and modifiers suit your character.
Read the Waystone modifiers before putting it in the Map Device.
Open the map and work toward its objective while clearing monsters.
Complete the objective and defeat the final map boss if it is safe.
Collect drops, including any Waystones, before leaving.
Sort new Waystones by tier and choose one for your next reachable map.
Farming tips
When resupply is the goal, prioritize finishable maps and their bosses over risky modifiers.
Map rewards vary; adapt your next choice to the Waystones that actually drop.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat with suitable Waystones for as long as you want to map. Drops are not guaranteed, and a completed map does not promise a particular tier.
Common mistakes
Opening a map with unchecked modifiers; read them first and choose a safer option if needed.
Leaving before completing the objective or boss; finish the map when possible to gain its completion and final encounter.
Expecting a specific tier to drop; sort actual drops and choose the next map accordingly.
When to stop or switch
Move into higher tiers when current maps are manageable and you have suitable Waystones. If deaths or modifiers disrupt the loop, return to easier areas while improving your character.
